Our tincture contains only the finest quality organically produced ashwagandha root.  Tinctures are more bio-available than other methods of taking herbal remedies and do not contain unnatural ingredients
The specification we use is the same as required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high giving the equivalent of 333mg of dried Ashwagandha root. We use alcohol as that is the traditional and most effective method of extraction gaining the synergistic benefits of the whole herb.

Serving Instructions

1.5 to 4.5ml (15 to 45 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water. Children 6-12 years old 0.6 to 1.2ml (6 to 12 drops) three times a day. Some people prefer to consume with fruit juices or hot drinks such as tea and coffee.
